Dani is a second generation floral designer who learned the art of floral design from Ellsworth Treat (E.T.) Evarts and Lisa Marie Evarts, owners of Hot Petunia Fine Flowers. The talented duo instructed Dani in floral artistry during her employment at their flower shop in New Haven, Connecticut. Being employed in the family business gave Dani a unique opportunity to learn every facet of floristry. Her responsibilities at the flower shop included shopping the New York flower market, designing floral creations, managing inventory, and tending to the daily operations of the business. During holidays it was not uncommon for her to stay long after the doors closed for business prepping for the holiday rush. As she worked, Dani gained valuable experience and knowledge in designing and staging events.

The passion Dani has for floral design was found quite accidently while visiting her father at work and observing him as he created a funeral spray. As she watched him craft his design she knew she wanted to learn this art form. This passion continues to grow and inspires her designs. In her work you will find quality and detail. Her flowers are hand selected for each order giving careful consideration to color, texture and size.
